Who we are

SCLL Group is a property advisory and project-management practice operating in the Algarve region of Portugal. References to “we”, “us” and “our” in this notice mean SCLL Group acting as data controller.

If you have questions about this notice or how we handle your personal data, contact us at [email protected].

02

What we collect

We collect information you provide directly — name, email, phone number, and the details of your enquiry. For active engagements we additionally collect identity and source-of-funds documentation as required under Portuguese law.

When you visit our website we may collect basic technical information (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for security and analytics. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

03

How we use it

Personal data is used to respond to your enquiry, deliver the services you have engaged us for, comply with our legal obligations, and — where we have a legitimate interest — to keep records of past projects and improve our service.

We do not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

04

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with parties necessary to deliver a project — for example notaries, lawyers, surveyors, banks, contractors, and tax authorities — and only to the extent each party requires.

All third parties are bound by confidentiality and applicable data-protection law.

05

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for 24 months unless an active engagement begins. Engagement records are retained for 10 years following completion, in line with Portuguese tax and anti-money-laundering requirements.

06

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data-protection authority (CNPD) at www.cnpd.pt.
